The basic requirement for a bachelor’s thesis at the chair is to have successfully completed the course “International Economics (Internationale Wirtschaft)”.
A bachelor’s thesis takes on average 9 weeks.

Master Thesis
Please note that in order to write a master’s thesis at the Chair of Macroeconomics, you need to take part in at least one seminar offered by the chair beforehand.
A Master’s thesis takes a whole semester.
